Corporate Coaching for Senior Executives

This type of coaching is usually tied to the company's strategic initiatives, succession planning and retention strategies. The coach will meet with both corporate representatives and each executive to determine the desired outcomes, set out the scope of work, and put performance standards in place.

 

  • Four one-on-one in-person meetings, including setting out the scope of work and the final review

  • One-0n-one in person Meeting with the executive(s) being coached

  • Face-to-face interviews with a minimum of six colleagues and/or direct reports

  • Job shadowing for a full day

  • Establishing specific and measurable goals

  • Creating a Personal Development Plan

  • Coaching sessions two times monthly for twelve months

  • Direct access to Mr. Pratt, 24 hour 7 days per week

  • Unlimited e-mail support

  • Minimum of two assessments
  • Optional: Establishment of an internal sponsorship/mentoring program

  • Cost: 10% of the individual's salary + travel & expenses

 

This type of coaching is normally viewed as a bonus and a sign of significant recognition. It primarily focuses on enhancing performance and developing leadership skills. The coach will meet with both corporate representatives and individual participants to determine the desired outcomes, set out the scope of work, and put metrics in place. 
  • Telephone meetings with corporate representative(s) to establish the desired outcome and reporting requirements 

  • An initial telephone coaching session with the client to set the framework for the coaching relationship 

  • Two one-on-one in person meetings, including setting out the scope of work and the final review

  • Meeting with the persons being coached

  • Job shadowing 

  • Telephone interviews with a minimum of six colleagues/direct reports 

  • Creating a Personal Development Plan, which may or may not be shared with corporate Sponsors 

  • Establishing specific and measurable goals

  • One-hour Coaching sessions two times monthly for twelve months

  • Direct access to Mr. Pratt, 24 hour 7 days per week

  • Unlimited e-mail support 

  • Minimum of two assessments, or perhaps a 360-degree review

  • Cost: $45,900 + travel & expenses

 

This type of coaching often revolves around personal skill development, achieving balance, handling stress, managing people, overcoming conflict, understanding corporate politics or career transition
  • Mentoring & coaching

  • Goal setting

  • Leadership Development Questionnaire with personalized feedback 

  • Personality assessment, other assessments available for an additional charge 

  • Meetings two times monthly for one-hour sessions

  • Twelve one-hour coaching sessions taken over a six to twelve month period 

  • Personal Development Plan 

  • Direct access to Mr. Pratt, 24 hour 7 days per week

  • Unlimited e-mail support 

  • Minimum commitment: Four months

  • Cost: $2,500 per month + travel & expenses

  • Optional: two one-on-one in person sessions. Cost determined by scope
